Privacy Policy
1 – PURPOSE
1.1 JUST TRADUÇÕES values privacy, responsibility and absolute respect for personal data and therefore commits to protection according to the General Data Protection Law - LGPD, as well as describing how your data privacy is protected by our company when we collect, process, share and store personal information. This Policy sets forth the following general guidelines: (i) This Policy complies with current legislation and regulations; (ii) It protects the rights of employees, partners, suppliers and customers; (iii) It is transparent regarding the data processing procedures adopted by Just Traduções; (iv) It fosters and raises awareness of each one’s responsibility at the company for Personal Data, privacy and information security.
2 - SCOPE
2.1 This Policy generally applies to all Users, Employees, Partners and Suppliers of the services offered by our company, by any means, including our website, and summarizes how we can collect, produce, classify, access, reproduce, transmit, distribute, handle, file, store, delete, assess or control information, communicate, transfer or extract the data collected, in accordance with applicable legal grounds and all data privacy and protection laws in force. By accessing the website of JUST TRADUÇÕES, the User represents to be at least eighteen (18) years old and be fully and expressly capable of accepting the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and the Instrument of Consent, which are available at all departments and agreements, for all legal purposes.
3 – COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1 By this policy, the Data Subject or Controller hereby acknowledges that by delivering the documents that are subject to the translation/revision service, they knowingly and voluntarily recognize the existence of personal data of all types, which often times are not subject to translation, but are nevertheless part of the document.
3.2 The user of the website of Just Traduções, in turn, fills in forms, also on a knowingly and voluntarily basis, and may share personal data in line with their objectives and interests in the provision of services.
3.3 Accordingly, JUST TRADUÇÕES hereby clarifies that personal data are not always subject to translation but are nevertheless inherent to the document shared with us for provision of services, for which reason we adapt to the applicable general data protection law rules and regulations, ensuring full respect for the personal data entrusted to us, as well as the rights of data subjects pursuant to the law.
3.4 We further clarify that upon provision of translation services, sensitive personal data may be processed, such as: (i) Racial or ethnic origin, (ii) religious convictions, (iii) political opinions, (iv) union membership, (v) organizations of a religious, philosophical and political nature, (vi) genetic data, (vii) biometric data, (viii) health, (ix) sexual life or sexual orientation. The sensitive data are included in the documents that will be subject to the provision of service.
4 – LEGAL GROUNDS FOR DATA PROCESSING
4.1 When sensitive personal data are subject to the provision of services, they will only be processed to meet the specific purposes agreed upon and described herein, and their legal grounds, whenever Just acts as the controller, will be the data subject’s consent; and whenever Just acts as the processor, (i) the execution of an agreement, and may also include (ii) compliance with a legal obligation or (iii) regulatory compliance by the controller.
4.2 For non-sensitive personal data, the legal grounds will include (i) execution of an agreement, (ii) compliance with a legal obligation, (iii) regulatory obligation and (iv) legitimate interest.
5 – PERSONAL INFORMATION SHARING AND PROCESSING
5.1 JUST TRADUÇÕES may disclose personal data collected to third parties in the following events and within the limits required and authorized by law: (i) to its customers and partners when necessary and/or appropriate for the provision of related services; (ii) to companies and individuals contracted to perform certain activities and services on behalf of JUST TRADUÇÕES; (iii) to suppliers and partners for the completion of the services contracted with our company (such as information technology, accounting and other); (v) when required, as a result of a legal obligation, determination of a proper authority, or court decision.
5.2 In the event of sharing, all those that process personal data should respect the reason and the purpose for which data were collected, fully complying with this Privacy Policy and all applicable data protection laws.
6 – DATA STORAGE
6.1 Our company retains all data provided, including Personal Data, for as long as the relevant registration is active or as necessary for completion of its services, maintaining your data stored until deletion is required or until termination of the Service Agreement.
7 – SECURITY MEASURES IN PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
7.1 We adopt technical and organizational measures that are capable of protecting personal data from unauthorized accesses or situations of destruction, loss, misplace or change in these data.
7.2 The measures we adopt take into consideration the nature of the data, the context and purpose of processing and the risk that a violation would generate for the rights and liberties of the data subject.
7.3 Among the security measures we adopt, the following are worthy of note: (i) the data are stored on a secure environment, with the use of firewalls and updated antivirus software, (ii) we block access to data, so that unauthorized third parties may not access them, (iii) we maintain records of all those who have any kind of contact with the data, (iv) we use safe means of disposal, upon request, for instance, incineration or shredding, in case of physical documents, or deletion, in case of electronic documents, (v) we make no use of public Internet.
7.4 Our actions seek to avoid security incidents; however, should any problem solely attributable to a third party occurs, such as hacker or cracker attacks, these actions are completely beyond our control, it being certain that upon occurrence of any material risk or damage, we will immediately inform those affected as well as the ANPD (National Data Protection Agency) in this regard, in compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Law – LGPD.
8 – PERSONAL DATA ACCESS AND CONTROL
8.1 JUST TRADUÇÕES provides contact by email with the DATA PROTECTION OFFICER for guidance on what to do with your Personal Data collected, processed and stored, and therefore you may request: (i) full or partial deletion of your personal data when they are no longer required to provide services to you; (ii) Changes or corrections; (iii) increase in limits, objections or restrictions; (iv) Access to your personal data.
8.2 You may also request a legible copy of your Personal Data, in printed or electronic form, by sending an email to the DATA PROTECTION OFFICER, and your requests will be considered in accordance with applicable laws.

10 – AMENDMENTS TO THIS POLICY
10.1 This is the first version of this policy.
10.2 We reserve the right to modify these rules at any time, particularly to adjust them to any changes in our processes, procedures or website, whether due to new functionalities, or exclusion or modification of existing ones.
11 – LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
11.1 This Policy will be governed, construed and executed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, especially Law No. 13.709/2018, regardless of the Laws of other states and Countries, and the courts of the domicile of the User are hereby elected to solve any conflicts arising out of this document.
