This Instrument of Consent is intended to provide express agreement to the Processing of Data collected through this website, and assumes knowledge of the practices set forth in our Privacy Policy.
JUST TRADUÇÕES understands that the LGPD (General Data Protection Law) adds security to our relations, as well as more visibility of the processing of personal data collected herein, ensuring that our business will be increasingly safe and protected.
Its purpose is to enable transparency to the free and unequivocal statement whereby the Data Subject hereby acknowledges, authorizes and agrees, pursuant to Law No.
13.709 LGPD, with processing of their personal data for a specific purpose.
The Data Subject hereby accepts and agrees with processing of the following personal data: (i) full name and (ii) email; such data are entered by the Data Subject of their free will to obtain specific information about the services offered by JUST TRADUÇÕES.
The purpose of the data processing referred to herein is to allow us (i) to identify and contact the Data Subject for commercial purposes; (ii) to send and provide to the Data Subject our products and services; (iii) to contact them for job opportunities, if applicable.
The Data Subject further authorizes their personal data to be shared with other data processing agents, if required to meet the purposes set forth herein, with due regard for the need to always comply with the law.
JUST is responsible for maintaining security, technical and administrative measures capable of protecting the personal data from unauthorized accesses, accidents, incidents, loss, change or any kind of illegal or improper processing.
Regarding their data, the Data Subject is entitled to, at any time, be informed of the existence of processing, data access, deletion of personal data, withdrawal of consent and all other rights provided for in the law.
